Newly renovated apartment in a typical Cadorina house in Santo Stefano di Cadore, in the Costalissoio area, at an altitude of 1,250 m, with a splendid panoramic view of Terze, Brentoni, Marmarole, Antelao, and the Popera Group. Ideal for a relaxing vacation in complete tranquility, yet conveniently close to all services. The apartment consists of a spacious living area with an open kitchen and living room, a first bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed plus a possible third bed, a first large bathroom with a shower box, bathtub, and bidet, a small second bathroom with a toilet, sink, and washer-dryer, and a storage/pantry room. It features a large panoramic terrace at the front. Heating is provided by radiators. A private parking space is available on-site, along with free parking spots just a few steps from the apartment and a covered space for motorcycles and bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is available, along with a personal code for opening the entrance door, a 40'' FHD flat-screen smart TV with streaming, induction cooktop, ventilated electric oven, microwave, toast maker, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine with capsules, American coffee maker, kettle, washer-dryer, table with chairs, and an umbrella on the spacious front terrace. An electric car charging station is also available at the apartment.
