Since October 2020, we have adhered to the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism (CETS), promoted by the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park. From the Park's website: "The central element of the CETS is the collaboration between all parties (public and private) interested in developing a common strategy and an action plan for tourism development."
The structure:
The refurbished part for welcoming tourists retains much of its original exterior appearance, while the interior offers all the comforts for a carefree vacation, embracing nature and slow living.
The two rooms: one on the first floor and one on the second, each have their dedicated bathroom in the corridor; the one on the first floor is equipped with a Jacuzzi hydro-massage shower. On the second floor, there is a balcony with a stunning panoramic view. The rooms and bathrooms are provided with all the linens that guests will find ready upon arrival. On the first floor, there is a spacious kitchen with everything needed for meal preparation. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, convection oven, gas stove, and dishwasher. There is also a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed if needed, a TV, and a small library including texts and brochures dedicated to the surroundings and areas easily reachable from the structure, which is also equipped with a Wi-Fi modem. On the ground floor, in the boiler room, there is a washing machine available for guests and an iron.
