THE ROOMS

The B&b, furnished with fir wood, is located on the ground floor and has two rooms.

THE OWL
is a family room for four people, consisting of two single beds (which can be pushed together to make a double bed), plus a bunk bed. The provided amenities are: private bathroom in the room, breakfast, smart TV, free wi-fi, private parking, bed and bath linens, hairdryer, and courtesy set. Optional paid service: children's set (crib for sleeping, high chair for meals, and bed guard).

THE MARTEN
is a double room (two single beds or a double bed). The provided amenities are: private bathroom in the room, breakfast, smart TV, free wi-fi, private parking, bed and bath linens, hairdryer, and courtesy set. Optional paid service: children's set (crib for sleeping and high chair for meals).

The B&b is open all year round.
Breakfast is served as a buffet from 7 to 10 a.m., but upon prior communication, we are available if you have other timing needs.

The breakfast area (always open and shared between the two rooms) is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and electric kettle.

CHECK-IN To be agreed upon.

A valid personal document is required (no driver's license).

CHECK OUT must be done by 10.00 a.m.
In case of different needs, please let us know at the time of booking, and, depending on other reservations, we will do our best to accommodate you.

PAYMENT:

The balance of the reservation is to be paid in cash, debit card, or bank transfer.
