On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, made in the ancient original environment of the house and characterized by the presence of the fireplace hood and a wooden bench. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a small living room with two sofa beds, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room and the bedroom, there is direct access to the covered balcony, designed as a space to relax and enjoy the view even in case of bad weather.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. Ecological cleaning products, comforters for summer and winter, and adjustable heating in every room are also available. The provision of bed, bath, and kitchen linen, general expenses, and final cleaning are included in the price. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
