How to get there
The property, finely finished and tastefully furnished in every detail, features a living-dining room with balcony equipped with a kitchenette complete with all accessories, refrigerator with freezer, iron and a TV area with a small sofa and a little library-game room, a bright and spacious double bedroom and a very comfortable single bedroom and a windowed bathroom equipped with a bathtub and hairdryer.
On the lower floor, available for the structure, there is a garage with a private cellar, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and a private terrace equipped to be used as a lounge, solarium, or external parking space.
Parking is assured near the building.
Guests are provided, upon request and subject to availability, with mountain bikes that can be used to travel along the long cycle path that runs from Lake Auronzo.
