There are places that speak loudly even while remaining silent. And B&B Formighèr is one of these.

A neat and unpretentious accommodation, which doesn’t need complicated descriptions or neon signs to be recognizable. The residence is a warm attic, renovated in 2022. The property is located on the outskirts of Valmorel – where the road narrows and the view opens up over Valbelluna.

Giacomo and Natalie are discreet and prepared hosts who know how to guide guests to discover the valley and its hidden treasures – like Malga Van.

It is the perfect accommodation for those coming from the city in search of good rest and wishing to savor a slower pace to reconnect with nature.

A few more details that make a difference B&B Formighèr is not a classic accommodation.

Giacomo and Natalie designed the house to be a quiet and comfortable retreat: immersed in wood and where the sounds of nature are the only noise you will hear.

The house enjoys one of the most beautiful views of Valmorel.

From here, everything is visible: from the rocky arch of the Dolomiti Bellunesi to the peaks of the Feltrino Plateau and the mountains of Alpago – with your gaze passing over the Pizzocco, the Pale di San Martino, the Schiara, the Serva, and the Dolada. And, of course, you can also admire all the towns of Valbelluna like Limana and Belluno. "A true spectacle for the eyes: a privileged observation point not to be missed!"

A warm and welcoming place, to be enjoyed slowly and barefoot... The ideal spot for anyone wishing to sleep well: away from the noise and the hectic stress of the city.

An independent apartment is available, consisting of: 3 double bedrooms, with shared bathroom and kitchen. The entrance is dedicated, and there is also a small living room with a sofa and dining table – also suitable as a work space. In total, there are 6 beds, an ideal accommodation for groups and families wanting to share an experience together! Breakfast is NOT included in the service, but it can be arranged with Giacomo and Natalie: who will offer tailored solutions, with the opportunity to taste some local products from Valmorel like homemade bread, butter and alpine cheeses, and fresh eggs produced by Francesca from the Il Cammino farm.

*NB: The cheeses and butter are produced by Giacomo at the Turnaria Dairy using milk from Malga Van. Wi-Fi is available, but not always necessary; while there is no TV because the objective is to disconnect from technology. The hospitality is sober, sincere, professional, and without formalities, just like the owner. And if you are foreigners, don't worry: Giacomo and Natalie speak excellent English, German, Spanish, and Czech!

Some printed guides are also available, but asking for advice from the hosts is the best choice… They are forestry experts and great sports enthusiasts, so with their knowledge of the woods, they can help you explore the trails of Valmorel better than anyone else! B&B Formighèr is the right choice if you want to escape from everyday life... in search of clean air, a slower pace, and a regenerating silence.
