The presence of balconies along the entire perimeter of the house allows guests to enjoy the surrounding scenery at any time and provides the apartment with great brightness throughout the day.

In addition to using the apartment, guests will have access to an outdoor parking space and an additional parking area inside the basement garage, which is also great for storing bikes, skis, and mountain equipment.
