The presence of balconies along the entire perimeter of the house allows guests to admire the surrounding landscape at any moment and provides great brightness to the apartment throughout the day.

In addition to the use of the apartment, guests will have access to an outdoor parking space and additional parking inside the underground garage, which is also great for storing bikes, skis, and mountain equipment.
