How to get there

The living area features a fully equipped kitchen designed to make you feel at home: you will have everything you need to cook. The sleeping area consists of a spacious and warm bedroom, which hosts a double bed and a convenient bunk bed, ideal for keeping the children close. To complete the interiors, there is a functional bathroom, equipped with a shower.
Upon arrival, you will find a complete set of towels and linens included for each guest, allowing you to travel light.
Exclusively for the apartment, you will find a practical private underground storage room, a shared space to securely store skis, boots, or equipment, and a valuable reserved parking space—a true rarity in the center of Falcade—that will allow you to forget the car for your entire vacation.
The house is the perfect starting point in every season. In summer, all you need to do is lace up your boots to find yourself on the trails of the most beautiful walks in the Biois Valley. In winter, the Ski Area San Pellegrino awaits you just a few kilometers away, offering perfect slopes for skiing enthusiasts.
