The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a double bedroom and a twin room with bunk beds, a living area and kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, and dishes. Guests also have access to a ski storage area adjacent to the apartment. Outside, there is a relaxation space designated as a garden where you can unwind and enjoy the mountain view. Public parking is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

Heating is underfloor but there is also a wood stove in the living area; the cost includes wood supply, subject to agreement with the owner.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible to everyone, suitable for families, especially due to its proximity to the village playground. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and no pets are permitted.

The village of Canale d'Agordo is just a few kilometers from Falcade, a tourist center and starting point for the San Pellegrino Ski Area, one of the 12 ski areas of Dolomiti SuperSki, the largest ski carousel in the world.
Just a few steps from the apartment is the Birthplace of Pope Luciani, which is recommended for a visit along with the museum dedicated to him, the Musal, located in the square near the Church.
