From the recovery of an ancient Tabià from 1908 and the owners' desire to share the beauty of the mountains and the authenticity of tradition, Colmean Charming Lodges was born. A unique place, where history, nature, and comfort meet to offer you an exclusive stay experience in a typical historic barn of the Agordino, expertly restored in full respect of its original architecture.

Nestled in the tranquility of Colmean, the facility enjoys an ideal location to experience the mountains in every season. From the front door, beautiful hikes begin: from family-friendly paths, like the trail leading to the Rifugio Baita dei Cacciatori, to more challenging itineraries, such as the famous Ferrata Paolin-Piccolin to Cima d'Auta.

Just a few steps away are two typical restaurants and a small grocery store, while during the winter, you can conveniently reach the toboggan run. In just 5 minutes by car, you reach Caviola, where bars, supermarkets, a playground, and a modern clay tennis court are located.

The Molino - Le Buse cable car, the access point to the Ski Area San Pellegrino in Dolomiti Superski, is only 10 minutes by car (5.7 km). It is also conveniently reachable from the SkiBus stop in Caviola.

Respect for the environment is also part of our philosophy: the facility is illuminated 90% by LED technology and is certified in energy class B, ensuring a more sustainable stay without sacrificing comfort.
