Surrounded by the nature of the Dolomites, the chalet is the ideal choice for those who wish to rejuvenate in silence and tranquility, away from the daily hustle and bustle. Gares is a perfect starting point for summer hikes, winter snowshoeing, and for cross-country skiing enthusiasts.

In Canale d'Agordo, easily reachable by car in about 10 minutes, you will find all the main services: restaurants, shops, groceries, pharmacy, bank, bar, as well as bus and skibus stops. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

The chalet can accommodate up to 3 people and consists of a double bedroom, an extra bed in the living area, and a bathroom with a shower.

A characteristic stove warms the living room and kitchen, which will be lit directly by the owner to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, and dishes. Guests also have access to a ski and bike storage, along with laundry service.

Outside, there is a private garden where you can relax and enjoy the mountain view. The parking space is just a 2-minute walk from the chalet.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, and pets are not permitted. There is no WIFI connection in the structure, a deliberate choice to disconnect from the outside world and perhaps relax with a good book.

Since the house is old with wooden floors, it is advisable to leave shoes outside; there will be slippers provided by the host.
