A walk through the scenic villages of the valley, with three stops at the ancient dairies of Fregona, Feder, and Carfon, linked by the same past as places for collecting milk to be transformed into dairy products. Today, each of them tells a fragment of the history of mountain life: from haymaking, to the peasant civilization with the poet Valerio Da Pos, and of course to the history of the dairies.
