Discover the Piave River from a completely new perspective: aboard a packraft, immersed in the nature of Valbelluna with the spectacular backdrop of the Belluno Dolomites.
An experience of about 8 km and 2 hours of descent, designed to enjoy the river even during the most enchanting seasons of the year, when autumn lights up the woods with colors and winter offers the unique contrast between the water of the Piave and the snow-covered Dolomites.
Paddling along the Piave, you traverse a suggestive natural environment, with wide views of Valbelluna and the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park. In autumn, the landscape turns yellow, red, and orange; in winter, the snow-covered mountains transform the descent into an experience completely different from that of summer.
Who said that river activities end with summer?
Thanks to our tri-laminated drysuits, provided to every participant along with all the necessary technical equipment, it is possible to tackle the descent even in the coldest months. The drysuit allows you to enter the water without wetting the clothes worn underneath, maintaining comfort and protection even in low temperatures.
The packraft is a lightweight, stable one-person craft that allows you to experience the river in a direct and engaging way.
After an initial briefing on paddling techniques and safety, you set off accompanied by our guides to learn how to read the current, steer the packraft, and navigate the route. It is not just a descent: it is a way to truly enter the landscape of the Dolomites, following the course of the Piave and observing the territory from a normally inaccessible viewpoint.
