A circular route to the sources of the Maè stream dedicated to spontaneous medicinal flora: its healing and food uses.
We will learn to recognize the most common plants and how to use them in everyday life. The event will include a snack with wild herbs at the Civetta hut "Al Casot" (1579 m), an herbal workshop in the afternoon, and a return hike.
