Basic course for first experiences in ice climbing movements.
Topics covered: Progression on supported terrain, correct use of equipment (ice axes and crampons), safety tips during progression in waterfalls using ice screws and creating anchors.
Meeting point: Federa Vecchia (Auronzo di Cadore)
Course duration: 2 days. Equipment: crampons, ice axes, harness, helmet. Difficulty: easy, minimum climbing experience on rock required.
