Yoga, Qi and Ancient Traditions is a series of meetings dedicated to those who wish to slow down, listen, and rediscover a more authentic way of living in everyday life.

From the practices of Yin Yoga and acupressure, capable of promoting deep relaxation and energetic balance, to dialogues between Taoist philosophy, Dharma, and holistic medicine, each appointment invites concrete reflection on well-being and awareness.

The journey concludes with the screening of the documentary KIVA – The Call of the Wisdom Keepers, an intense narrative dedicated to the ancient knowledge of indigenous peoples and their message of harmony with the Earth and all forms of life.

July 25 | 8:30 p.m. – Free admission – Screening of the documentary KIVA – The Call of the Wisdom Keepers.
