Apertura Invernale Serrai di Sottoguda
Arabba MarmoladaWinter reopening for the Serrai di Sottoguda SERRAI Between Sottoguda and Malga Ciapela, at the foot of the Marmolada, are the Serrai di Sottoguda, one of the most scenic landscapes in the Dolomitic region. Located at the foot of the Queen of the Dolomites UNESCO, the Marmolada, they form a narrow canyon carved into the rock by the slow work of the Pettorina stream; a somewhat wild place that manages to encapsulate the magic of nature and convey a sense of complete harmony. The canyon boasts about two kilometers in length, winding between rock walls hundreds of meters high, from which stunning waterfalls descend that, in winter, transform into the most renowned ice climbing area in the Dolomites. The Serrai di Sottoguda is the ideal place to spend moments of tranquility immersed in a setting that can be defined as a true spectacle of nature.
