Defined by Pope John Paul II as an oasis of peace and silence, the valley transforms into the perfect stage to celebrate mountain traditions and the flavors of the past.

The festival is a true immersion in mountain culture, designed for those who wish to rediscover the value of slow time and the warmth of community.

The valley will come alive with a rich program:

• Food and Wine Stands: A journey through authentic flavors with steaming polenta, mountain cheeses, artisanal cured meats, casunziei, typical dishes, and homemade desserts.

• Traditional Crafts: The Woodsman's Triathlon and the demonstration of the "Lisa" (Risina), the traditional slide for transporting logs.

• Ancient Alpine Rites: The Desmontieda, the autumn descent of livestock from the pastures accompanied by music and folklore, and the spectacular Manual Grass Mowing Competition.

• Music and Entertainment: Folk songs and accordions creating a convivial and festive atmosphere.
