Transcivetta

On July 19, 2026, the 41st edition of the Transcivetta, a pairs mountain running race, will take place under the majestic North-West face of Mount Civetta.
The route will be the one established in recent editions: it will measure 23 km, starting from the location of Listolade and finishing in Alleghe, within the wonderful setting of Piani di Pezzè.

Thanks to its decade-long tradition and the great spectacle of the route, the Transcivetta has become an important reference point for all athletes competing in mountain running.
 The number of athletes participating is 2000, who will run in pairs, perfectly welcomed in Alleghe where a well-oiled organization guarantees the successful outcome of the event.

As in every edition, a large team of staff and volunteers will await the passage of the athletes at the most scenic points of the route, also benefitting from the support of some of the most renowned mountain huts, such as Rifugio Capanna Trieste, Rifugio Vazzoler, Rifugio Tissi, and Rifugio Coldai.
Upon arrival, the welcome will be ensured by local organizations that take care of every necessary aspect, including typical cuisine and musical entertainment.
