On August 18th, the terrace of Eight Cortina transforms into the perfect setting for an evening of taste, elegance, and music, where the simplicity of pizza meets the timeless charm of Champagne, with the Dolomites providing a spectacular natural backdrop.

The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome drink and a refined buffet aperitif, designed to accompany the arrival of guests and kick off the evening in the most enjoyable way. Then, the absolute star is the pizza: a gourmet pizza tasting created to enhance doughs, ingredients, and pairings, accompanied by a selection of Champagne.

But the evening doesn’t stop at taste. When the light changes and Cortina lights up, the terrace comes alive with a DJ set: music, glasses, camaraderie, and a privileged view of the mountains create the perfect atmosphere to experience summer at high altitude.
