Following this, the sound dimension will take over with Adima Bernardi, naturopath, Hatha Yoga teacher, and sound healer, who for years has integrated mindful movement, relaxation techniques, and sound practices in her wellness journeys.

The Planetary Gongs, tuned to frequencies inspired by celestial cycles, create an enveloping and immersive sound landscape: the vibrations become an invitation to let go, slow down thoughts, and surrender to listening.
