The Secret Table

On March 14, the Salotto at HOTEL de LEN becomes the setting for an intimate and surprising gathering: a single convivial table for a small number of guests, where dinner turns into a shared experience. In the heart of the hotel, surrounded by warm alpine wood and soft lighting, The Secret Table invites guests to embrace discovery through taste.

The cuisine of de LEN Restaurant, inspired by local ingredients and reinterpreted through contemporary techniques, presents a surprise gastronomic journey celebrating seasonal products from the Dolomites. Each course is paired with a selected wine and a musical track designed to resonate with the flavours of the dish, creating a dialogue between taste and sound.
