The 2026 Olympics Sculpted on a Jute Sack

An unpublished solo exhibition by the artist Leonardo G. Zago, an internationally recognized figure, related to various Olympic disciplines.

The works stand out with a particular bi/tridimensional technique composed of mineral powders on jute sacks, this support chosen to compensate over time for possible dimensional variations and durability.

Born in 2000, this technique, already present at the 2006 Olympics for the municipality of Sestriere, is recognized by critics even beyond national borders and is defined as the link between painting and sculpture.
