Every 21st of the month, the hotel spa becomes an exclusive social table, where the kitchen team tells its story through six courses, each inspired by a personal memory and paired with a musical piece. The music comes to life live, the dishes arrive at the table, and the menu unfolds one taste at a time. No previews, just the joy of discovery.

A unique table, maximum ten guests, and an intimate atmosphere where you can be surprised, share emotions, and discover how much a flavor can tell a story. Because sometimes the most beautiful memory is not what is told, but what we can make come alive.
