The incredible trial of Costante, an Alpine Mule in the Great War. Costante, along with his driver Mario and 66 other Alpini from the Fenestrelle Battalion, will have to defend himself in a trial after being accused of desertion during an attack at the Passo della Sentinella in the summer of 1915. A story from the perspective of a Venetian mule with a Piedmontese Alpine. Two soldiers from the Fenestrelle Battalion united by an unbreakable friendship that will help them face their destiny.
