From November 10 to 15, 2026, the district of San Martino di Chies d'Alpago comes alive with the traditional Sagra di San Martino, an event that brings together culture, gastronomy, music, and local traditions in a festive and convivial atmosphere.
The program kicks off on Tuesday, November 10, with a 1950s-themed evening, featuring music, dancing, and period clothing.
On Wednesday, November 11, the feast day of the Patron Saint, there will be activities focused on nature and sustainability, a chestnut festival for school children, a Holy Mass, a book presentation, and ballroom dancing.
On Friday, November 13, the celebration continues with live music and a DJ set, while Saturday, November 14, will be a day filled with events, including demonstrations, outdoor activities, entertainment, and music.
On Sunday, November 15, the concluding day, there will be activities for families with a lively lunch for children, a fun timed team challenge, and live music in the evening.
During the event, it will be possible to taste numerous gastronomic specialties of the tradition, including tripe, musetto with mashed potatoes, gnocchi, polenta, game dishes, and typical autumn dishes.
There will also be artistic-naturalistic excursions, both on foot and by e-bike, to discover the territory of Alpago immersed in the colors of autumn.
An opportunity to come together, rediscover local traditions, and celebrate San Martino together!
