The traditional excursions organized for children's theater activities continue.
The event will consist of a guided walk through the Parco delle Regole d'Ampezzo, starting at 9:30 a.m. from Campo at the height of the former Hotel Tiziano, continuing to Lago Pianozes, Lago Ajal, Volpera, Mortisa, and returning to Campo.
The route will encounter the musicians of the Orchestra Regionale Filarmonia Veneta in several spots, who will play the adventures of Peter and his animal friends, surrounded by the magic of the forest.
The story of Peter and the Wolf is very simple: Peter leaves the gate of his house garden, escaping his grandfather's control.
It is a beautiful day and a cheerful, chirping little bird joins Peter.
Also, a duck follows them with a waddling step, heading towards the pond for a nice swim. The little bird scolds the duck for being an odd bird because it cannot fly. The duck replies by accusing the little bird of not being able to swim.
While the two are arguing, a cat arrives, and Peter notices it. The cat wants to take advantage of the fight between the little bird and the duck to eat one of them. But Peter warns his two friends, "watch out for the cat!"
The little bird flies away, and the duck escapes because cats, as we know, don't like water.
Then the grandfather arrives, very angry because Peter has disobeyed him: "Peter, this is a dangerous place, the wolf could arrive at any moment!" and he drags Peter home. Just in time... here comes the wolf toward the three animals left.
The cat, as soon as it notices, quickly climbs a tree. The little bird flies onto a branch, and the duck flees to the shore: a grave mistake!
The duck is a very slow animal, and it doesn’t take much for the wolf to catch up to it and swallow it whole. Poor duck!
Peter, from the gate, watches everything that is happening. He decides to intervene: he takes a rope and climbs a branch of a tree. Then he asks the little bird to flutter near the wolf's face, being careful not to get caught.
Peter lowers the rope from the branch after making a nice noose and grabs the wolf by the tail.
At that moment, the hunters arrive, shooting continuously.
Stop it, Peter screams, the wolf is already trapped, help us take it to the zoo!
And so the story concludes with a triumphant march: at the front is the cat, then Peter, the little bird, the grandfather, and the hunters with the wolf... and the duck?
Poor thing, she can be heard quacking from the wolf's belly because in the frenzy, he had swallowed her alive!
