In the parish church of San Floriano in Rivamonte Agordino, the organ concert series Abitare la Musica 2026 comes to a close.
The highlight is the Spanish organist Ignacio Arakistain Agirre, with a program dedicated to the musical dialogue between Antonio Vivaldi and Johann Sebastian Bach: a meeting between the concertante language of Vivaldi and Bach's writing, marked by transcriptions, influences, and correspondences that traverse the musical Europe of the eighteenth century.
The concert enhances both the musical and historical heritage of the church of San Floriano, fitting into the journey of Abitare la Musica among places, communities, and the Dolomite landscape.
Participation is free with reservation from the website www.abitarelamusica.eu.
The project is promoted by IXDeae APS, supported by RetEventi Cultura Veneto, under the patronage of the European Commission, the Consulate General of Japan in Milan, the Veneto Region, and the Province of Belluno; in co-organization with the Municipality of Belluno and in collaboration with the institutional and cultural partners of the project.
