Listen to this story!

The second and final concert-reading, on November 21, is titled: Childhood Scenes: freely inspired by: “Tistù with green thumbs” by Maurice Druon. Music by Robert Schuman.

In this second appointment, the program is performed by pianist Silvia Carlin , the narrator's voice Grazia Capraro , and the scenic elements are curated by Andrea Caldart.

The show is a poetic event that intertwines music and storytelling, inspired by the Kinderszenen of Robert Schumann.

Through the story of a child capable of making flowers bloom with their green thumbs, a dialogue is created between the world of childhood and that of adults.

The pure gaze of the child transforms a city marked by harshness and routine, awakening in adults the forgotten memory of wonder.

Thanks to music, objects, and the active participation of children, the audience embarks on a sensory and symbolic journey where every sound becomes an act of care and every image an invitation to transform reality with tenderness and courage.

Silvia Carlin, originally from Sedico Bribano, is a teacher at the Music School of the Musik-Akademie in Basel.

She began her studies with Prof. Nicoletta De Cian at the “Antonio Miari” Municipal Music School in Belluno, and graduated at just sixteen with top marks, honors, and special mention in the class of Prof. Antonio Rigobello at the “Arrigo Pedrollo” Conservatory in Vicenza.

She then continued her training under the guidance of Filippo Gamba in Basel, with a Master in Music Performance and a Master in Music Pedagogy, and with Alexandar Madzar in Hamburg.

A multiple award winner, she performs concerts in Italy, Switzerland, and Germany both as a soloist and in chamber ensembles, particularly with cellist Valentina Dubrovina.

Grazia Capraro, an actress graduated from the National Academy of Dramatic Art “Silvio d'Amico” in Rome, made her professional debut in 2018 with “Hamletmachine,” directed by Robert Wilson, embarking on a career in theater with major directors and artists.

In 2025, she directed “Periphery” and “Le fil rouge,” theatrical performances with people with disabilities. She has also written, directed, and performed the monologue “Not all storms kill butterflies.”

Alongside her artistic career, since 2020 she has been involved in theater training in preschools, primary and secondary schools in the province of Belluno.

For the TIB Teatro Cooperative, she is a trainer in “Attozero,” an acting school for all ages.
