For one day, the archaeological site of Prà Comun opens its doors, offering a unique opportunity to delve into the heart of research and observe archaeologists at work up close. On the spectacular Passo Giau, visitors will discover one of the most significant prehistoric sites in the Alpine arc, where each artifact tells the story of the early communities that inhabited these mountains thousands of years ago. An engaging guided tour will allow participants to learn about excavation techniques, curiosities, discoveries, and the value of scientific research that continues to unveil new pages of our past. An experience designed for enthusiasts, families, and the curious who wish to experience archaeology as protagonists.

• Saturdays July 11, 18, and 25, meeting at 10:30 a.m..
• Wednesdays July 15, 22, and 29, meeting at 2:30 p.m..
Free activity with mandatory reservation. Meeting at the small parking lot on the bend following the dirt road to Malga Giau, coming from Cortina. Maximum of 20 participants per shift. Reservations at the Museo Vittorino Cazzetta (tel. 0437 521068), providing name and phone number.
