In the enchanting setting of Cortina d’Ampezzo, Chalet Franz Kraler opens its doors to a unique event: a gourmet dinner celebrating the meeting of four talents in contemporary cuisine.

On March 20, starting at 8:00 PM, guests will be taken on a refined culinary journey, where creativity, technique, and culinary identity blend into an unrepeatable experience.

The stars of the evening will be:

Each dish will tell a story, an expression of each chef’s personal style, in a harmonious dialogue between flavors, territory, and innovation. The menu will be accompanied by a selection of wines designed to enhance each course, included in the experience.

To make the atmosphere even more memorable, the soundtrack curated by DJ Andrew will accompany the evening with an elegant and engaging sound.
