Festival dei Nativi Americani

The Indian Village Museum of Valmorel is organizing the Native American Festival, scheduled for Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2, 2026 in Valmorel. Activities will begin at 10.30 a.m. and will continue throughout the day with guided tours, meetings, and workshops dedicated to the culture of the native peoples of North America.

Guests of the event will include Jim Sawgrass (Muscogee Creek), Jane Boettner, Amber Saunders (Tuscarora-Iroquois), Henry Mekseree (Comanche), and Walter Old Elk (Crow), who will be featured in moments of cultural exchange and deepening.

The festival will conclude with performances of dances, songs, and traditional music of the Native Americans, scheduled for Saturday at 9.00 p.m. and Sunday at 6.00 p.m., introduced by composer and guitarist Antonio Onorato.
