A trip that follows the course of the Piave in the heart of Valbelluna, where the river “sacred to the Fatherland” flows today in a serene environment rich in biodiversity. The route alternates wooded stretches, river gravel beds, and open views of the Belluno Dolomites, while along the way we will hear testimonies of the Great War, see ancient villages and hydraulic works that tell the millennia-old relationship between man and the river. An ideal itinerary for those who want to immerse themselves in the tranquility of nature without giving up the charm of local history.
