REGULATIONS
1. Participation in social outings is open to members of all CAI Sections and to
friends.
2. Participation in social outings requires knowledge and acceptance of this
regulation.
3. For transfer trips, the use of personal vehicles is generally expected; the cost of
any lifts, buses, or taxis is to be borne by the participants.
4. The Coordinator of the outing has the authority to modify the program or cancel it
for reasons of opportunity or necessity and reserves the right to not accept registrations or
exclude at any time participants who, in their undisputed judgment, are not
suitable due to lack of preparation or indiscipline.
5. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or another adult authorized by the same
with prior consent from the Coordinator.
6. Participants must:
a) inquire at the time of registration with the Coordinator of the outing about the
characteristics and difficulties of the outing and the necessary equipment, ensuring their
technical and physical preparation for the hike;
b) scrupulously observe the instructions given by the Coordinator of the outing;
c) not stray from the group or take personal initiatives without the authorization of the
Coordinator of the outing.
7. Registrations: are mandatory and can be received by telephone at the number of the
trip coordinator (texts are not accepted) at least 48 hours before the start
of the outing (free for CAI members).
Non-members must also send an email to the address caprile@cai.it specifying:
last name and first name, date and place of birth, full address, tax code, and
telephone number at least 48 hours before the start of the outing; the registration fee,
including insurance, is € 10.00 and will not be refunded in case of
cancellation. Any bookings received after this deadline will not be accepted.
8. Liability
Considering the risks associated with mountain activities and transfer trips, participants in the excursions acknowledge, accept, and
observe this regulation and the CAI regulations, scrupulously following the
instructions given by the Coordinator of the outing, and act with the utmost diligence
and correctness.
Participants release the CAI CAPRILE Section, the
Coordinator of the outing, and any of their collaborators from any
responsibility for damages to their property or in their
