DE PISIS. THE COLOUR THAT CAPTIVATED RIMOLDI

In 2026, seventy years after the passing and one hundred thirty years after the birth of Filippo de Pisis, the Mario Rimoldi Museum dedicates an entire exhibition floor to the artist with 54 works from the Rimoldi Collection, celebrating the deep bond between the painter-poet and the great Ampezzo collector Mario Rimoldi. A path that narrates the evocative power of his painting, made of light, color, and poetry, and the central role that de Pisis has had in the history of the collection.

In this context, the meeting "The painter-poet Filippo de Pisis: that touch of color that captivated Rimoldi", with Maddalena Tibertelli de Pisis, director of the Association for Filippo de Pisis and scholar of the artist's work.

Through documents, anecdotes, and insights, the audience will discover the most intimate face of one of the protagonists of twentieth-century Italian art, guided by one of the leading experts on his cultural legacy.
