Chicken Feast by Lake Federa

On the occasion of the Lavaredo Ultra Trail, one of the most anticipated trail running competitions in Europe, an unmissable appointment awaits you on the shores of the scenic Lake Federa.

Starting at 12:00 PM, the Alverà family from Rifugio Croda da Lago organizes the traditional pollastrata (spit-roasted chickens) accompanied by live music, to celebrate the passage of athletes along the route that crosses Cinque Torri and Croda da Lago.

A unique opportunity for companions, friends, and enthusiasts to experience the race immersed in an extraordinary setting, among the majestic peaks of Monte Cristallo, Monte Antelao, Sorapiss, and Becco di Mezzodì.

How to get there:
You can reach the refuge by shuttle service departing from the Col de Parù parking area or on foot along the scenic trails.

Attention: the stretch from Malga Federa to the refuge is closed to vehicle traffic and is accessible only on foot or by shuttle.
