BREATHE, PLAY, GROW

For two summer mornings, Cortina transforms into a space dedicated to little ones, where movement, play, and breathing come together in an experience to be lived. On August 12 and 19 at 11.00 a.m., Aurora Kids welcomes special yoga classes for children, designed to introduce the youngest to a practice capable of stimulating curiosity, awareness, and well-being through play.

No exercises to memorize and no search for perfection: yoga for children becomes an adventure made of positions inspired by animals, small balance games, movement, breathing, and moments of listening. A fun way to know one’s own body, experiment with new forms of movement, and learn to stop, breathe, and concentrate.

Physical activity and movement play also have an important role in the healthy growth and development of children, promoting concentration as well.

“Breathe, play, grow” is therefore an invitation to experience the body with lightness, transforming every position into a discovery and every breath into a small moment of awareness.
