On September 24, at 8:30 p.m., from Beppe Sello, in the heart of Cortina d'Ampezzo, cuisine meets the elegance of bubbles Contadi Castaldi in a tasting dinner designed to transform taste, territory, and conviviality into an experience to remember.

A journey of 5 courses, crafted to accompany and enhance four expressions of Franciacorta — Brut, Satèn, Rosé, and Dosaggio Zero — in a dialogue between cuisine and wine, balance and character.

An evening to be savored slowly: from the first glass to the last tasting, among aromas, textures, and nuances that tell the story of two exceptional Italian territories.
