1° concorso " I dolci della conca dell'Alpago"

On Saturday, September 5, 2026, the 1st “Dolci della Conca dell’Alpago” Competition will be held, dedicated to homemade traditional sweets. Awards will be given at 3:00 p.m. at the Pro Loco headquarters in Farra d’Alpago.

LONG DESCRIPTION
On Saturday, September 5, 2026, the 1st “Dolci della Conca dell’Alpago” Competition arrives, an initiative dedicated to pastry enthusiasts and local traditional recipes.

Participation is open to all amateur dessert lovers. Each contestant may submit only one dessert, strictly homemade, to which a name must be assigned. The preparation must include at least two local ingredients, highlighted in the recipe.

The desserts must weigh between 800 g and 1 kg and be delivered on Saturday, September 5, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the IAT in Farra d’Alpago on Viale al Lago.

A jury will evaluate the preparations considering aesthetic appearance, structure and balance, preparation techniques, tradition and creativity, as well as the use of local products from Belluno.

The award ceremony will take place at 3:00 p.m. at the Pro Loco headquarters in Farra d’Alpago, with the announcement of the top three winners. All participants will receive a participation certificate and an event gadget.

At the end of the awards ceremony, the desserts will be shared among those present. The collected recipes and photographs will also contribute to passing down and enhancing the culinary heritage of the area.

REGISTRATIONS
Registration by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026, at the Tourist Office of Farra d’Alpago, by filling out the application form and the regulations.

Participation fee: € 5.00.
