The Wellness Lab comes to Cortina with an event dedicated to well-being, sports, and the role of women in building healthier and more inclusive societies.
Wednesday, March 12, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at The Roof Cortina, the meeting “Stronger Women, Healthier Societies: Sport, Inclusion, Sustainability” will take place, a moment of dialogue and inspiration that combines sports experience, wellness research, and social commitment.
The meeting will feature two authoritative voices:
Denise Schindler, world champion in para-cycling, medalist at the Paralympic Games, and motivational speaker, known for her commitment to promoting resilience, inclusion, and innovation in sports.
Federica Alberti, director of the Wellness Foundation, an organization engaged internationally in promoting a culture of movement and healthy lifestyles.
During the talk, fundamental topics for individual and collective well-being will be addressed:
Physical activity and women's health, as an essential tool for well-being and prevention
Resilience and motivation, to face challenges and transform obstacles into opportunities
Inclusion and equal opportunities in sports, with the goal of reducing the gender gap and enhancing diversity
The talk will be conducted in English and will be followed by a moment of aperitif, offering participants the opportunity to continue the discussion in an informal and friendly environment.
An open meeting for all those who believe in the power of sports and movement to build healthier, inclusive, and sustainable communities.
