Wellness Lab: Sport, Women and Wellbeing

The Wellness Lab comes to Cortina with an event dedicated to well-being, sports, and the role of women in building healthier and more inclusive societies.

Wednesday, March 12, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at The Roof Cortina, the meeting “Stronger Women, Healthier Societies: Sport, Inclusion, Sustainability” will take place, a moment of dialogue and inspiration that combines sports experience, wellness research, and social commitment.

The meeting will feature two authoritative voices:

• Denise Schindler, world champion in para-cycling, medalist at the Paralympic Games, and motivational speaker, known for her commitment to promoting resilience, inclusion, and innovation in sports.

• Federica Alberti, director of the Wellness Foundation, an organization engaged internationally in promoting a culture of movement and healthy lifestyles.

During the talk, fundamental topics for individual and collective well-being will be addressed:

• Physical activity and women's health, as an essential tool for well-being and prevention

• Resilience and motivation, to face challenges and transform obstacles into opportunities

• Inclusion and equal opportunities in sports, with the goal of reducing the gender gap and enhancing diversity

The talk will be conducted in English and will be followed by a moment of aperitif, offering participants the opportunity to continue the discussion in an informal and friendly environment.
