A weekend to rediscover yourself in contact with nature:
Saturday afternoon: Walk to discover Bach Flowers: Bach Flowers come from plants that are commonly found around us: chicory, chestnut, beech, bindweed, oak, verbena, heather, honeysuckle, hornbeam, willow... Let's go discover them while walking in Nature, and learn:
- how Bach Flowers work and how the English homeopath discovered them
- the magic of the information in water
- the extraction methods, with a practical demonstration
- We will also have a practical experience connecting with some of the plants from which Bach Flowers derive.
It's not a trekking, it is also suitable for children. In case of bad weather, we can stay warm and indoors for the theoretical part, while we will go outside for the practical part.
Saturday afternoon/evening: Vegan/gluten-free cooking class: Are you gluten intolerant or celiac, and tired of buying expensive and elaborate products with questionable ingredients? Do you never know what to cook when you have vegan or celiac guests? We will learn FATIGUE FREE cooking: simple dishes that do not require biblical times and are at the same time delicious.
Saturday evening: Night Walking Evening to develop night vision
Sunday: basic Bates method course: according to the eye doctor of the last century W.H. Bates, we have incorrect visual habits. His method is a holistic technique to work on vision to relearn correct visual habits. It can be useful in case of various disorders (myopia, astigmatism, presbyopia, hyperopia, computer fatigue, burning, dryness, neck and shoulder pain) and for anyone who wants to work on visual awareness.
