Who, in a moment of despair, has never opened a jar of spreadable goodness, dipping a spoon into it with a hint of greed? In the collective imagination, creams have the challenging task of alleviating the pains of the human soul. And they do this task extraordinarily well – we know this – with the hundreds of creams that crowd the supermarket shelves.

But this is not why high-quality artisanal creams are born.

We will guide you through the shelves of the Literary Nursery for a new journey of sensory discovery. We will tell you about the work that goes into creating an artisanal cream, how to recognize it, and why its goodness is never just a matter of taste.

We will learn to read labels, to recognize the narrative voice of dried fruits – which is the soul of every jar – and we will understand how its processing changes the aromas, texture, and character. We will talk about sugars and sweeteners, balance, and those small alchemies that transform a simple recipe into a product that satisfies both body and mind.

And then, naturally, we will taste and compare. Because only by tasting different products do we truly understand the flavors and discover how temperature, texture, and time transform the perception of taste.

We will be wisely welcomed by Chiara Alpago Novello exceptionally from 3:00 PM. A tea and a few chats, then the fun begins. We will smell, touch, taste, and savor. An 8-sense journey – let's exaggerate, come on – around cocoa and hazelnuts. 6 PM.30, let's wrap up: greetings, kisses, and purchases (if you wish).
