This is confirmed by research conducted by Talker Research, which interviewed 2,000 adult women (21+), investigating the importance and frequency of outings among friends.

The results show that:

• 78% of women consider the “girls’ night out” a true necessity, not just a pleasure, for feeling connected and rejuvenated. • According to the participants, this moment should ideally repeat every 22 days to maintain their social and emotional well-being.
