On Sunday August 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., the historic center of Cortina d'Ampezzo becomes an open-air stage with the new animated tour “On Stage We Travel – Cortina, the Queen of the Dolomites”.

An immersive experience that combines the storytelling of a licensed tour guide with the magic of theater, thanks to the presence of a professional actress and actor who will accompany participants on an exciting journey through time.

Walking along Corso Italia and through the most significant places in the center, we will meet the first travelers of the Grand Tour, the explorers of 19th-century mountaineering, the protagonists of the legendary Winter Olympics of 1956, and the personalities who have made Cortina an international icon of cinema, sport, art, and culture.

Among ancient palaces and the extraordinary scenery of the Dolomites, history will come alive before your eyes.

A tour designed for families and curious minds of all ages, to discover Cortina not just as a destination, but as an exciting story to experience step by step.
