In the heart of summer, from Friday 7 to Sunday 9 August 2025, the hamlet of Villaga di Feltre welcomes the traditional Sagra di San Fermo, a popular festival that combines sports, gastronomy, and entertainment for both young and old, set against the beautiful pre-Alpine backdrop.
The weekend opens on Friday evening with a traditional dinner featuring polenta and grilled sardines, accompanied by an art exhibition on the theme “My Olympics,” with submissions due by 6:00 p.m. at Bar Giusti.
Saturday 8 August is dedicated to movement and outdoor sports, thanks to the eleventh edition of the Villaga Trail – Corsa del Gal. At 5:30 p.m., the Corsa del Pulcino kicks off, an obstacle race of one kilometer reserved for children under 12. Following that, at 6:00 p.m., the main race is scheduled to start: a competitive trial of 9 kilometers for adults and 4 kilometers for youth under 14, alongside a walking event open to everyone on a course of 4 or 9 kilometers. The day concludes with a festive traditional dinner featuring skewers and the “Miss Cake” competition, which will reward the best artisanal cakes, submitted by 6:00 p.m. at the former schools.
Sunday 9 August resumes in the morning with a mixed 4x4 green volleyball tournament, followed by the Holy Mass at 10:30 a.m. in the church of San Fermo. From 7:30 p.m., there will be a final dinner featuring goulash. The award ceremonies for the competitions and the drawing of the San Fermo lottery will close the
