On Saturday, September 19, a guided walk will take place for the SabatAmbientali series - Excursions in nature, art, history, and traditions of Val Belluna and surroundings: VENA D’ORO – place of rulers, poets, and majestic monumental trees.
The building complex and the extensive park are located in a point of particular naturalistic and landscape interest. In the 19th-20th centuries, it was home to a renowned hydrotherapy establishment visited by Queen Margherita of Savoy and Carducci. It boasts a history that dates back to Roman times and in the Middle Ages, it saw the presence of the Franciscan friars of S.Pietro.
Meeting point: in Belluno – piazzale Resistenza at 2:30 p.m., or around 2:50 p.m. at the entrance gate located 300 m. after the parking lot.
