Living Music. Concert dedicated to Japan and the memory of Hiroshima

On the day of Our Lady of the Snow, Abitare la Musica stops at the Ethnographic Museum of the Dolomites for a concert dedicated to Japan and the memory of Hiroshima, on the 160th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Italy and Japan.

Featured in the show are Takako Horaguchi, an artist from the Chorus of the San Carlo Theater in Naples, Fiamma Velo, pianist, composer and principal resident artist of the project, and LeleAbi on the handpan.

The program weaves together voice, piano, and contemporary sounds, creating a cultural and human bridge between the Belluno Dolomites and Japan.

From 4:00 p.m. the museum will be open to the public, while the concert will begin at 6:00 p.m.

Participation is free with mandatory reservation at bit.ly/5agosto26.

A mindful donation to support the initiative is suggested.

Abitare la Musica is a series of artistic residences spread among homes, museums, churches, and landscapes in the province of Belluno, promoted by IXDeae APS with the support and collaboration of local, cultural, and institutional entities.
