Music, memory, and mountains meet at 3,265 meters on the Queen of the Dolomites. The Congedati Band of the Cadore Alpine Brigade will ascend the Marmolada to honor those who have made history on these peaks.
With the first cable car ride at 9:00 a.m., the day begins. A traveling musical parade will follow from the intermediate station to Punta Rocca, for a unique and unrepeatable moment of beauty. There will be a guided tour at the Museum of the Great War. Please remember that it must be arranged well in advance.
The Congedati Band was established in 2003 to preserve the memory and traditions of the Cadore Alpine Brigade, which was disbanded in 1997. A living heritage that resonates once again in the most evocative place of the Dolomites.
