The annual commemoration of the young partisans hanged by the Nazis in the Chestnut Grove will be held on Sunday, March 8th at 10 AM, at the commemorative stele near Belluno.
Ten young men lost their lives for freedom, and their names are engraved on the monument with the phrase "They loved freedom more than life."
The ceremony will begin with a Holy Mass, followed by honors for the Fallen, raising of the flag, and laying of a laurel wreath.
Local authorities will attend, and the president of ANPI Ravenna, Renzo Savini, will deliver the official speech.
The event is organized with ANPI, FIVL, and ISBREC, and is a moment of reflection and memory for the community, which is invited to participate.
